Doing business with Printapic Inc., involves providing information about yourself. The following is our privacy policy.

We obtain information about you to:

You can expect us to protect your privacy. Your information and the business you do with us is kept in strict confidence. Only authorized personnel have access to your information. We don’t sell your information to third parties. Our procedures and systems are designed to protect your information from error, loss and unauthorized access. We keep your information only as long as it is needed.

In the course of conducting business with you, Printapic collects both personal and non-personal information. Personal information is any information that identifies you, or by which your identity could be deduced, including, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, home address, telephone number, age, marital status, gender, income, date of birth, credit card number, and any other information that identifies who you are or would allow someone to contact you.

You can give or withdraw your consent. We need to get your express or implied consent before obtaining or using information about you, or disclosing this information to anyone. (The exception is when we are required by law, or it is necessary for our protection.) You can withdraw this consent whenever you want, unless legal requirements prevent this.

You can choose not to receive direct marketing. We may tell you about Printapic products or services through direct mail, telephone, or other means. If you do not wish us to do so, follow the instructions below.

We may review and analyze your use of Printapic products and services, including transactions in your accounts, to help protect you from unauthorized use of your accounts, to help us serve you better, and to tell you about other products and services. We also collect and analyze information from other sources for the same reasons.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.   However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.  For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.  If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Information Collected from Artists

After opening an account with,  we will require an artist’s detailed on-line profile, including: the artist’s name, biography, artwork, (possibly phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and much more).  All of this information may be disclosed on Printapic’s web site. Visitor that visits Printapic and navigates to the artist’s “biography page” will be able to view all of the profile information that has been submitted by that artist.

We use reasonable measures to protect artist information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to artist information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff.  Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information.
