Printapic is committed to quality products and we stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We pride ourselves in our quality control. Each and every one of your print orders is inspected by our team.
Printapic uses the utmost care in packaging, and shipping practises for delivery of your orders. Once your order is complete we use registered courier companies to deliver your product/order on a timely basis. All of our shipments are fully insured, any damages are covered.
Every order placed with Printapic will be produced on demand, which means that within 4 hours of the orders being received your order will go into production. This is true for all of our products – giclee prints, canvas prints, acrylic prints, and all of our Canadian art. Production includes printing, frame moulding, matting and framing materials. Therefore cancelation will be determined on a case by case basis and how far along into the production process your order has gone. In the event of cancellation please contact us immediately, so we can check on the status of your order.
Upon receipt of your order if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or gift as a result of defects or imperfections of the finished product we will gladly replace it.
If you receive your purchase damaged due to shipping we will gladly replace it. Please complete the following:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 calendar days of receipt of goods
- Take a digital photo of the imperfections/defect & damaged package
- Keep the original packaging
- Include your order number, shipping ID and a detailed description of the damage
- We will email you back with further detailed instructions
